Join us for a fun filled evening and test your trivia skills while supporting children and education! All proceeds from this event benefit Frassati Catholic Academy and allow us to continue to offer quality programming and education to the community.

Please consider supporting our school by sponsoring Trivia Night. With your $100 sponsorship, you will receive an ad on the Frassati Catholic Academy Facebook page and a Thank You with your logo on our website and in other Trivia Night communications.
With your $250 Premiere Sponsorship, you get all the advertising of the
$100 Sponsorship plus Premier Sponsor branding during the event
Please submit the sponsorship form and payment by Wednesday, January 27, 2021.
Please consider supporting our school by donating an item or completed basket to our Trivia Night basket raffle. All donated items should be new and in the original, unopened packages. Frassati Catholic Academy reserves the right to use donations for the raffle, auction, or prizes. Please complete this form and drop off donations at Frassati Catholic Academy, 316 W. Mill Street, Wauconda, IL 60084 no later than Wednesday, January 27, 2021.

As a fun addition to your trivia night evening please consider ordering a charcuterie & cheese or candy board from Southfield Boards. Southfield Boards will donate 10% of all of their sales for the evening to Frassati. Please indicate that your order is for Frassati Catholic Academy in the special instructions section of the online order form. All boards ordered will be available at school pick up on Friday, February 5, the day of Trivia Night.
