ATHLETICS

Thank you for visiting our Athletics page

Our athletic program is designed to increase self-confidence and self-esteem, promote higher academic performance, nurture the development of an inner sense of fair play and good sportsmanship, provide a bridge to unify different populations, and contribute to the “sound body, sound mind” philosophy so essential to the character-building process.

Our school athletic program acts as a competitive extension to our school academic program.  All participants will learn the fundamentals of each sport and be given the opportunity to develop strong, healthy and disciplined minds and bodies.  Participants will also develop a sense of good sportsmanship, fair play and team spirit.

Many times throughout the year we aim to bring awareness to our school through school spirit at our Pack the Gym Nights.   We encourage all families to attend these events and support our school through athletics.  Check the school Calendar for upcoming dates.

The Athletic Board and volunteer coaches play elemental roles in the success of our athletics program.  We are grateful to all those who serve and have served on our board and volunteer to coach for us. If you are interested in volunteering on our board, please contact our Athletic Director at akolozsy@frassaticatholicacademy.org for more information.

Our athletics department also sells Frassati Catholic Academy Spirit Wear a few times per year.  If you are interested in purchasing Spirit Wear, contact our Athletic Director at akolozsy@frassaticatholicacademy.org.
