The registration fee is $150/family.

ADMISSIONS PROCESS:

​We welcome you to inquire at any time throughout the year.  Re-registration for current Frassati families, and new student applications, begins the week of Catholic Schools Week at the end of January. We accept applications for enrollment on an ongoing basis until classes are full.

​

Admission to Frassati Catholic Academy is based on individual evaluation. Students applying to Frassati Catholic Academy must be qualified by their previous studies and are expected to have a record in good standing from their transferring school.


Children entering school must have reached the following ages on or before September 1:

Age 3, if entering Pre-Kindergarten 3
Age 4, if entering Pre-Kindergarten 4
Age 5, if entering Kindergarten 
Age 6, if entering First Grade

PreK and Kindergarten prospective students may require a screening appointment that will be scheduled based on individual circumstances and determined by the principal.

All new students are accepted on a probationary basis.

  4. Pay $150 Registration Fee

    • A non-refundable fee registration fee of $150 per family will hold your child(ren)’s spot on a probationary basis until all background information is evaluated

    • This fee is due at the time of application.

  5. Set up FACTS Account for tuition management – required for all enrolled families PreK-8th Grade

  6. Complete Financial Assistance Application – if applicable

  7. Pay Additional School Fees​

    • Family book & materials fee​​

    • Individual student tech fee (K-8th grade only)

    • 8th grade graduation fee

    • Frassati Family Association (FFA) fee

  8. Submit Additional Registration Forms and Records

    • Birth Certificate

    • Sacramental Records if applicable

    • Medical & Emergency Notification

    • Family Release Authorizations (photo, technology, and medical) 

    • Authorized Pick Up

    • Dismissal Routine Form

    • Optional forms i.e. Dist. 118 bus, extended Day Program (EDP), sacramental prep
