ADMISSION PROCESS

Interested in enrolling your student at Frassati Catholic Academy? Please see below for important information about our admissions process and the next steps to get your child enrolled at Frassati Catholic Academy.

ADMISSIONS PROCESS:

We welcome you to inquire at any time throughout the year.  Re-registration for current Frassati families begins in mid-December and opens to new families at the beginning of January after we return from Christmas break. We accept applications for enrollment on an ongoing basis until classes are full.

Admission to Frassati Catholic Academy is based on individual evaluation. Students applying to Frassati Catholic Academy must be qualified by their previous studies and are expected to have a record in good standing from their transferring school.


Children entering school must have reached the following ages on or before September 1:

Age 3, if entering Pre-Kindergarten 3
Age 4, if entering Pre-Kindergarten 4
Age 5, if entering Kindergarten 
Age 6, if entering First Grade

Pre-Kindergarten 4 and Kindergarten prospective students may require a screening appointment that will be scheduled based on individual circumstances and determined by the principal.

All new students are accepted on a probationary basis.

After completing the application, the Admissions Committee will meet and review the student’s application.  Interviews are scheduled based on projected available openings and the strength of the student’s application.  Applicants who are not contacted for an interview will be contacted with information on how to keep the file active for any future opening.

3. Start Application Process

 

4. Pay $100 Registration Fee

  • A non-refundable fee registration fee of $100 per family will hold your child(ren)’s spot on a probationary basis until all background information is evaluated

  • This fee is due at the time of application

 

5. Set up FACTS Account for tuition management – required for all enrolled families PreK-8th Grade

 

6. Complete Financial Assistance Application – if applicable

 

7. Receive Decision Letter

 

8. Submit Additional Registration Forms and Records

  • Health and sacramental records

  • FCA Family Release Authorizations (photo, technology, and medical) 

  • Dismissal Routine Form

  • Optional forms i.e. Dist. 118 bus, extended Day Program (EDP), sacramental prep

 

9. Welcome to our flock as a Frassati Catholic Academy Eagle!

 

10. Pair up with a Parent Ambassador & join in the fun right away!
